African Future University is fully online. Professionals in Nigeria, Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Senegal, Benin, Togo and neighbouring West African states can complete an undergraduate award, MBA, masters, or doctorate without leaving work or applying for a student visa.

Assessment is asynchronous where possible, with WAT work weeks in mind — Lagos, Accra, Abidjan, and Dakar sit in the same zone.

Payments (enquiry notes)

Ask admissions how naira, cedi, or FCFA settlement can work for your application. Paystack and Flutterwave are common West African rails we can discuss — they are not silent checkout integrations on this site.

English and French

Admissions guidance is available in both languages. Teaching language is stated on each programme.

No UK campus

AFU is a digital university under Mauritius law. There is no residential pathway in West Africa or in the United Kingdom.

Do I need to relocate?: No. Every AFU programme is completed online.
Can I pay in naira or cedi?: Tell admissions which currency you prefer. Published fees appear in sterling first; local-currency and Paystack/Flutterwave options are handled as an enquiry, not as an automatic checkout.

African Union accelerator wording remains provisional until written confirmation. Ofqual, ASIC, and DEAC have been granted to this university.
