Online tuition is covered. Tell admissions about an adjustment you need before teaching starts, so the arrangement is in place for the first assessment.
After you enrol
Course questions go to the school that owns the award, through the portal.
Exams
The date, the format, and any agreed adjustment are confirmed before the sitting.
A pause
Ask before you stop. Do not assume a silence is an approved break.
