You will map a CHW catchment, cost a refill loop, and design a maternal-newborn referral pathway as a management problem—ambulances, radio, and who pays for fuel—not as a clinical protocol you are not qualified to write. You will treat traditional authorities, women’s groups, and faith clinics as governance facts, not as colourful stakeholders.
