This programme starts there. You will cost a warehouse, design a simple contract a smallholder can understand, and write a drought-contingency note a district cooperative can fund. You will treat traditional authorities, women’s groups, and informal traders as governance facts. English and French reporting is assessed because a donor logframe in one language and a co-op minute in another is how programmes go blind. The award is academic.
