Regional integration fails in the national file that never opens: a decision cited in a speech, absent from the budget. This MA starts with that gap. You will trace a decision, map a REC–state interface, and write a brief a ministry can use—without this university claiming you work for the African Union. African Future University treats AU and REC institutions as texts and procedures, not as employers. AfCFTA is studied as one integration file among others, with the same honest boundary: no Secretariat job. Digital diplomacy is taught as poorly connected video calls and PDFs, not as a campus in Addis. The award is academic. It is not AU employment, not a diplomatic passport, and not a UN secondment. It is for people who must keep a regional-policy brief honest when the only implementation is a workshop. You will compare a well-cited AU decision with a national budget line that never opened, including rural non-arrival. Identity-checked exams use public instruments. Marketing of the award must not display the AU emblem as a partner mark. Study is tuition-free online aside from the examination fee.
Thirty-six credits: institutional texts, national implementation, economic integration files, and a public-document capstone. Identity-checked exams. No AU emblem is used as affiliation.
