AFU Student Research Journal Will Publish Work by African Students After Real Peer Review
Good student research deserves readers. African Future University will publish a student research journal for outstanding dissertations and research notes by students and working professionals across Africa who want a serious degree without leaving their country, their job, or their family, after review that is real rather than decorative.
Submissions are voluntary. Authors must have passed the relevant assessment. Reviewers include faculty and trained doctoral students. Editorial standards ban predatory shortcuts, fabricated data and undeclared tool use.
Halima Yusuf, a port logistics supervisor in Maiduguri, has been invited to revise a methods note for the first issue. "I wrote it for examiners. Now I have to write it for peers. That is a higher bar, and I want it."
